The wife of Abia governor, Mrs Priscilla Otti, on Monday welcomed the first baby of the year 2024 at Okpulor Ukwu Primary Health Center, Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area (LGA) of the state. Otti said that she was delighted that baby and mother were in good health. “We have come to rejoice with you and we believe that God has great things in stock for this baby. Otti advised the mother to practice exclusive breastfeeding, adding that the benefits are enormous for mother and child. NAN further reports that Otti visited babies born at Abia Specialist and Diagnostic Hospital, Amachara.
